Airport: El Paso International Airport (ELP) — approximately 15 minutes from downtown.

Transit: Rideshare services and taxis are readily accessible from the airport terminal to The Plaza Hotel. For the ceremony, private guest shuttles will handle round-trip transit between downtown and Franklin Mountains State Park.

WHAT DOES "TEXAS FORMAL" MEAN?

Black-tie with a Southwestern edge. Suits or tuxedos, boots or bolo ties welcome. It gets cold once the sun drops behind the mountains, so bring a jacket or wrap.

WHAT'S THE WEATHER LIKE IN FEBRUARY?

West Texas February brings crisp, clear mountain afternoons (mid-60s°F) transitioning to cold desert evenings (low-40s°F). A light layer or structured coat is recommended for the outdoor ceremony.

DO I NEED TO ARRANGE MY OWN TRANSPORTATION?

Not required — shuttles will run from downtown to the ceremony and back. If you'd prefer to drive yourself, parking is available on-site at Franklin Mountains State Park — no entry fee, it's taken care of.

CAN I BRING GUEST OR CHILDREN?

Due to the intimate scale of our ceremony and venue capacities, we can only accommodate the guests named directly on your invitation.

WILL THERE BE VEGETARIAN OPTIONS?

Yes! We will have a variety of options to meet everyones dietary needs.
